These terms govern your use of giftsofthailand.com and every order placed through it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read section 5 in particular — perishable goods work differently from ordinary retail and we would rather you knew that before you paid.

You must be at least 20 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under Thai law. Orders must be placed for personal or legitimate business use. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, resale of perishable goods, or an address we cannot safely serve.
We describe everything as accurately as we can. Note two honest limits:

All prices are in Thai baht (THB) and include applicable Thai VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout. Delivery is calculated and shown before you pay.
For cash bouquets, the price consists of the face value of the banknotes plus a flat ฿590 arrangement fee. This is stated on the product page and is not deducted from the gift.
We accept PromptPay, major credit and debit cards, and Thai bank transfer. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never receive or store your full card number.
Prices may change at any time, but never after you have paid. Seasonal produce pricing in particular moves with the harvest.
Fresh produce and made-to-order arrangements are excluded from ordinary change-of-mind cancellation once preparation has begun, because they cannot be restocked or resold. Specifically:
None of this limits your rights where goods arrive damaged, spoiled, mis-described or not as ordered. Those are covered in full by our Return and Refund Policy, and nothing in these terms reduces the statutory rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.
Your order is an offer. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — the grade is not available, the address is unserviceable, the fruit is out of season — we will tell you and refund in full.
Delivery terms, costs, cut-offs and what happens on a failed delivery are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes on full payment.
Banknotes used in our arrangements are genuine Thai currency. They are folded only — never cut, torn, taped, stapled, glued, drawn on or otherwise defaced, because defacing currency is an offence in Thailand and because your recipient needs to be able to spend it. Every note unfolds intact and remains legal tender.
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
Do not use this site to break the law, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or upload anything malicious. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this is happening.
All text, photography, layout and branding on this site belong to Gifts of Thailand Co., Ltd. or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. You keep ownership of anything you submit to us — reviews, photographs, gift messages — and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with operating and promoting the shop.
We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from events outside our reasonable control, including courier failure, flooding, storms, public holiday congestion and harvest failure.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited — including death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.
Allergens. Our products contain and are handled alongside tropical fruit, tree nuts, coconut and botanical extracts. If you or a recipient has an allergy, check with us before ordering. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published when you placed it. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a revised date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand and disputes fall to the Thai courts. Before that, please just contact us — almost everything is resolved in one message.
Under Thailand's PDPA and the EU GDPR you decide what we may store on your device. Essential cookies cannot be switched off — without them the cart and checkout do not work.
