Track your order

Enter your order number and the email address you used. Live courier status, updated as the parcel is scanned.

Your order number is in your confirmation email, top right — it is a number like 1042, without the hash. Use the email address the order was placed with, not the recipient’s.

What the statuses mean

Processing

Paid and queued. Produce is cut and packed on its dispatch morning, so an order placed at 3pm sits here overnight — that is normal.

Packed

Assembled, cold-packed and sealed, waiting for the courier collection run. Cancellation is no longer possible at this point.

In transit

With the courier. Tracking updates come from their network, so there can be a few hours between scans on long routes.

Completed

Delivered and signed for. Your 24-hour window to report damage starts from this timestamp.

Something not right?

If tracking has not moved in over 24 hours on a working day, or the parcel shows delivered and you do not have it, message us straight away. For perishable orders we treat it as urgent.
